Ansteygate provide a complete dust extraction service to the woodworking industry. Which includes system design and technical advice. We also provide the following services:

• Components – We supply all components for extraction systems including ductwork, flexible hose, filters, impellers, motors, hoods etc.
• Filter units: We supply filter units and fans as separate units for use with existing ductwork systems
• Bespoke items: We design and manufacture bespoke items within our in-house manufacturing facility.
• Installation: We will design, manufacture and install complete bespoke systems to suit your requirements. If you need to move your extraction system either within a site or to a new location we are able to carry this out with minimal disruption to your production.
• System upgrades: We offer advice on upgrading systems with the use of additional fan and filter units.
• Ductwork: We carry out a complete installation service to accommodate a new or re-located woodworking machine.
• Service and COSHH testing: We carry out service work and system tests to confirm compliance with the COSHH regulations. We also offer a breakdown service and hold stock of fans, belts, and motors.
