Rotary Valves

We manufacture our own rotary valves from heavy gauge mild steel plate. We use large diameter shafts fitted with resilient rubber tipped blades. The rotary valve is usually attached to the bottom of a discharge hopper allowing the waste to be deposited into a container at atmospheric pressure. Flanges are supplied to allow fixing to additional plant items. A reduction geared motor drives the rubber tipped valve blades slowly to ensure continuous flow of material through the casing. Motors are wound for 415V 3PH 50HZ supply.
