Fine Wood Dust Unit

These units are a free standing multifilter suitable for efficiently filtering softwood, MDF, hardwood and sander dust waste. The galvanised filter can be used both inside the workshop and externally using our filter weather cladding assembly. An option is available for a shaker mechanism to be fitted to aid cleaning down of the filter sleeves. The units are supplied with a control panel containing a direct on line starter for the main fan and a timer for the cleaning shaker motor. Our popular units include the AG3F- 3 BAG DUST UNIT 3060 M³/HR, 4 KW 5.5 HP 3PH, INLET 200mm and the AG4F- 4 BAG DUST UNIT 4250 M³/HR 7.5 KW 10HP 3PH INLET 250. These units can be adapted to drop the waste into a hopper and rotary valve to discharge waste into a skip or container using a closed loop system.
